摘要
利用变频器调节电机转速来进行节电,可解决电能浪费的问题。叙述了铸造生产线冷却系统的实际情况及生产系统冷却原理,提出了铸造冷却循环水系统的节电构想,分析了冷却系统及其节电原理,并对经济效益进行了分析。
Electrical energy waste problems can be resolved by using frequency converter to adjust the motor speed for power saving. This paper described cooling system practical situation of casting production line and cooling principle of production system, proposed energy saving ideas of casting cooling circulating water system, and analyzed cooling system and its energy-saving principle and the economic benefit.
