新型圆筒混合机的结构特点浅析 被引量:3

摘要 通过分析现有圆筒混合机的结构特点与不足,提出了一种新型混合机结构,橡胶轮胎仅作为支撑结构,筒体由液压马达或电机驱动,传动形式采用特殊设计的两点啮合销齿传动,与传统混合机相对比,详细分析了该结构的主要特点,表明新型圆筒混合机可实现节能减振的高效混合过程,具有较好的应用前景。 By analyzing the structural characteristics and the deficiency on existing drum mixer,a new drum mixer was proposed,it uses rubber tires by way of support structure,the hydraulic motor / motor drives the drum,and drive transmission is pin gear transmission of multi- point meshing. The main features is described in detail,compared with the traditional mixer,it has many advantages,can achieve energy saving and vibration weakening efficient mixing process,and has broad application prospects.
