摘要
通过留渣实践表明:较佳的渣量范围3.2 t^3.6 t,配合"高拉补吹"操作,可以提高转炉终点脱磷率由87.4%至89.7%,首次拉碳磷含量由0.0244%下降至0.0178%,终点氧含量由849.6×10-6降低至611.2×10-6,显著降低了冶炼成本。
The study on the relationship between slag- remaining amount and efficiency of dephosphorization is carried out,ferrous charges consumption show that controlling the slag- remaining amount in 3. 2t to 3. 6t can enhance the dephosphorization efficiency from 87. 4% to 89. 7%. Slag- remaining operation is used to improve the efficiency of dephosphorization,the phosphorus content of blowing end- point decreases from 0. 0244% to 0. 0178%. The operation of catching carbon and reblowing is used to enhance the control precision of the end- point composition and temperature,the average end- point oxygen content decreases from 849. 6 × 10- 6 to 611. 2 × 10- 6,the smelting cost reduce significantly.
