摘要
目的:探讨人参多糖对不同类型肿瘤细胞生长抑制作用的构效关系。方法:采用MTT法检测人参多糖对肿瘤细胞生长增殖的影响。结果:人参淀粉样多糖WGPN和AG型果胶WGPA-2-RG对HEP-3B、A172和MCF-7肿瘤细胞的生长没有影响。AG+HG型果胶WGPA-4-RG、HG型果胶WGPA-1-HG和WGPA-3-HG对这几种肿瘤细胞的生长有显著的抑制作用。结论:不同结构的人参多糖对肿瘤细胞的影响明显不同。人参淀粉样多糖不具有直接地抑制肿瘤细胞生长的作用,而人参果胶具有直接地抑制肿瘤细胞生长的作用。其中HG含量越高,它的抑制生长作用越显著。
Objective: To test the effect of ginseng polysaccharides on anti-tumor activity. Method: The cell inhibitory rates were detected by MTT assay. Results: The starch-like glucan (WGPN) and the AG type pectin (WGPA-2-RG) had no effect on tumor cells, the AG+HG type pectin (WGPA-4-RG) and the HG type pectin (WGPA-3-HG, WGPA-1-HG) showed stronger effect on tumor cells. Conchlsion: Different types of ginseng polysaccharides have different antiproliferation. A neutral fraction WGPN has no inhibition, while ginseng pectin exertes variable inhibition.
