摘要
根据世界卫生组织的定义,食品安全是"食物中有毒、有害物质对人体健康影响的公共卫生问题"。食品卫生是确保食品对人体安全无害、营养、卫生,并使食品有益于机体对营养健康的正常需求。食品卫生若存在有害因素可导致急性中毒、慢性中毒,甚至致癌、致畸、致突变作用,因此应加强和完善我国的食品安全法律体系,保证食品安全。
According to the definition of WHO, food safety is a public health problem that affects the health of the human health. Food hygiene is to ensure food safety and harmless to human health, nutrition, health, and to make food be good for the body's normal needs of nutrition and health. Food hygiene can cause acute poisoning, chronic poisoning, and even carcinogenic, mutagenic effects. Therefore, we should strengthen and improve the legal system of food safety in our country to ensure food safety.
