根据世界卫生组织的定义,食品安全是"食物中有毒、有害物质对人体健康影响的公共卫生问题"。食品卫生是确保食品对人体安全无害、营养、卫生,并使食品有益于机体对营养健康的正常需求。食品卫生若存在有害因素可导致急性中毒、慢性中毒,甚至致癌、致畸、致突变作用,因此应加强和完善我国的食品安全法律体系,保证食品安全。
