罗沙替丁醋酸酯合成工艺的研究

Study on Synthetic Process of Roxatidine Acetate

目的:考察罗沙替丁醋酸酯的合成工艺,确定较好的合成反应条件。方法:采用正交试验法投料,分步考察合成罗沙替丁醋酸的盐酸盐每一步反应的合成工艺,将合成数据用Excel做数据处理。结果:合成了罗沙替丁醋酸的盐酸盐,第1步、第2步、第3步反应总收率分别为75.8%、97.0%、98.0%,收率稳定,第4步反应总收率为59.3%。四步反应总收率为28.8%。结论:合成工艺路线比较简单易于放大、所用试剂没有环境污染、价格廉价,生产成本相对较低。

Objective： To synthesize roxatidine acetate and its salt. Methods： Using orthogonal test method, reactant ratio was made. Roxatidine acetate was synthesized. Excel was used to synthesize data and make statistics chart. Result： Salt of roxatidine acetate was synthesized in four steps with overall yield of 28.8%. Conclusion： The process is moderate and simple and the production cost is low.
