摘要
针对导弹综控机可靠性指标要求高、试验时间长和消耗大等问题,提出利用最大熵原理对综控机可靠性进行检验,阐述了该方法的原理,给出了利用该方法的详细实施步骤,实例结果表明该方法能够显著减小试验样本量,降低试验成本,能够成为一种小字样验证高可靠性评估方法选择。
Due to integrated controller's high reliability index request,long test time and large consumption,maximum entropy reliability inspection method is put forward,and also its principle and the particular steps are given.Example results show that the method can reduce test capacity and low the test cost,and will become one choice of reliability inspection when the test capacity is low,but the index is high.
