摘要
反激变换器工作在高频开关状态,其开关管在开通瞬间存在较大的电流尖峰,这不仅增加了开关管的电流应力,而且降低了电路的可靠性。通过建立等效电路模型进行仿真,详细分析了影响电流尖峰的几个重要因素,并提出了相应的抑制措施,为反激变换器的可靠性设计提供了参考。
When the flyback converter is operating in high switching mode,high current spike will appear at the turn-on moment of the switch,which increases the current stress of the switch and reduces the reliability of the circuit.The equivalent circuit model is presented and simulation results show the main influencing factors of the current spike.Based on comprehensive analysis of those factors,suppression methods are put forward.This work provides a reference of the reliability design in the flyback converter.
