现场总线仪表在铸造涂料生产中的应用

摘要 现场总线控制系统具有全数字化、全分散式、互用性、开放性等优势,以后将会成为自控系统的主流发展方向。总线仪表是随着现场总线控制系统的发展应运而生的产品,是现场总线控制系统的核心组成部分。总线仪表近年来发展迅速,它用数字信号取代原有的标准模拟信号,通过现场总线和上位机进行数据传递,使测量仪表从模拟技术向数字化、智能化和网络化的方向转变。本文介绍了基于Profibus-DP/PA现场总线技术的智能仪表在年产30000t铸造涂料项目中的应用,在节省投资、减少安装、调试工作量的同时提高了系统的准确性和可靠性。目前该项目运转情况良好。 Fieldbus control system (FCS) has advantages as full digital, full distributed, interoperable and openness. It will be the main developing trend of automatic control system. Fieldbus instrument is along with the development of the FCS, it is the key part of the FCS. Fieldbus instrument has been developing rapidly in recent years, replacing the standard analog signal with the digital signal, transferring data by fieldbus and host computer, making the analog instrument into digital, intelligent and network instrument. This article introduces the instrument based on profibus-DP/PA application in a 30000 tons annual output of foundry material project. It can save investment, reduce the workload of installation and debugging, in the meantime, it can improve the accuracy and reliability of the system. At present, the system is running well.
