摘要
本文简述了降压吹扫技术在某核电机组二回路蒸汽系统冲管中的应用。从吹扫参数的计算、吹扫方法的选择、吹扫准备和吹扫时的有关注意事项等方面对蒸汽管道的吹扫进行了分析,提出通过理论计算作为确定吹扫参数的依据,以降低吹扫的蒸汽消耗量、提高吹扫效率,该蒸汽系统管道吹扫试验的成功对后续同类型核电站的蒸汽管道的吹扫具有借鉴意义。
The paper describes the application procedures of burst-blowing technique in pipe flushing of secondary loopsteam system of nuclear power units. The steam pipe purging was analyzed in consideration of purging parameter selection, purging method determination, and preparation and precautions before purging. An idea was presented that the purging parameters could be selected through theoretical calculation, therefore to reduce steam consumption enhance purging efficiency. Check, for the future of such steam pipe blowing significance.
