正确评价、合理评分、完善绿建评审——绿色建筑给排水施工图评审存在问题的分析

Correct Evaluation,Reasonable Scoring,Perfecting the Green Building Review——The Analysis of Existing Problems of The Green Building Water Supply and Drainage Construction Drawing Review

由于绿色建筑设计施工图审查工作刚刚起步,部分项目的绿色建筑给排水施工图申报材料中出现了一些不合理、甚至错误的自评和取分方式,本文针对笔者参与项目审查中所发现的若干存在问题,进行了分析和讨论,归纳了绿色建筑的评分方式及取分的正确方式,供建设项目绿色建筑设计思路的组织和填写评审申报资料时的参考。

Because the green building design and construction drawing review are just at initial stage,some unreasonable or wrong self- evaluation and scoring ways appear in some construction drawing declaring papers of the green building water supply and drainage projects.In this article,problems in participate project review are analyzed and discussed,and the right way of self- evaluation and scoring are summarized to offer a reference to the organization of green building project design and the work of filling declaring papers.
