摘要
原厦门邮电大厦裙房和地下室三层结构施工完成后,项目因故停滞,现新建设单位拟改变上部主体结构,需对已施工地下三层塔楼位置的结构进行局部拆除,以落新塔楼结构。该项目处沿海地区,地下水丰富,地下室外墙水土压力作用极大,为保证施工和结构安全需要地下室结构支撑支护后进行塔楼位置原结构局部大面积开洞拆除,最后实施新塔楼结构施工。本文采用SAP2000有限元软件建立了地下室结构受力模型,分析了地下室结构在切除施工及结构最终成型过程的钢结构、混凝土剪力墙支撑支护方案的可行性。经研究分析论证,最终采用主框位置设置剪力墙并辅以降低水位措施的方案。该项目经过精心组织施工,顺利完成,结果表明本文所述支撑支护方案和技术措施安全合理,对类似工程具有一定的参考意义。
After the structural construction completion of the annex and three storey basements of the former Xiamen postal and telecommunications tower,the project was suspended for some reasons. Now the superstructure of the main building is changed by the construction unit. And the structure of three storey basements in the main building should be removed for the new main structure. Furthermore,this project is located in the coastal area. So groundwater is very abundant. Besides the water and earth pressures on the basement exterior walls are large. To ensure the safeties of the construction and structure,it is necessary to set retaining supports for the basement before the former partial structure of the main building is removed with large holes. Then the new structural construction of the main building could be constructed. This paper used SAP2000 interface program to formulate the basement numerical model and analyze the feasibilities of the steel structure and shear wall supports. Based on that,the solution of setting shear wall in main structure of framework and lowering groundwater table is used finally. The construction of this project has been organized carefully and completed smoothly. The results demonstrate the measures are safe and effective. In addition,that offers references for similar engineering.
