盾构带压开仓作业控制要点

在地铁盾构法隧道施工过程中,因地质条件复杂,特别是碰到上软下硬地层,对刀具磨损特厉害,经常需要开仓进行换刀作业,采用带压开仓作业对施工工艺要求较高,在地质条件差的情况下,建压和保压容易失败,仍存在很大的风险性。本文根据工程实例,通过采取开仓前准备、开仓过程控制、刀具更换、监控量测等各种安全技术措施顺利完成换刀作业,希望对相同或相近的盾构开仓作业起到借鉴作用。

In the subway shield tunnel construction process,due to the complexity of the geological conditions especially touched the soft and hard strata,tool wear is very severe,so it is often need to open for changing knife. The requirement of construction process of chamber opening operation with pressure is high. Under poor geological conditions,pressure establishment and pressure maintaining is prone to failure,so there is still great risk. According to the engineering example,various safety technical measures such as the preparation before the opening,open process control,tool change,monitoring and measuring were used to complete operation of changing knife to the shield. It is hoped to provide reference for the same or similar open warehouse operations.
