提高建筑施工企业培训质量水平的思考

How to improve the training quality of construction enterprises

企业培训是现代企业管理工作的核心内容之一,培训工作质量的高低不仅决定着其内部管理工作质量,同时对于整个企业的当前及未来发展都具有非常重要的影响及作用。本文以建筑施工企业为例,谈谈企业培训目前存在的问题以及如何进一步规范化企业培训体系,为建筑施工企业培训工作质量提升给出一些可供参考的意见与建议。

Enterprise training is one of the core contents of modern enterprise management,the level of training quality not only determines the quality of internal management,but also plays very important role for the current and future development of whole enterprise. Taking construction enterprises as example,this paper discusses about existing problems of enterprise training as well as how to regulate corporate training system further,gives some reference opinions and suggestions for construction enterprises to improve the training quality.
