近年来社会经济取得了快速发展,人们的日常生活水平不断提高,当前建筑工程已经很难满足现代人的日常需求。当前激烈的市场竞争环境下,建筑施工企业只有不断加强内部管理才可以立足,作为建筑施工企业管理的重要内容,行政管理工作中存在很多问题,本文主要针对建筑施工企业行政管理中的问题提出了相应的对策。

In recent years,as the rapid development of social economy,people＇s daily life level is unceasingly enhancing,the current construction project seems quite difficult to meet the daily needs of modern people. Under the current intense market competition environment,the construction enterprises have to strengthen the internal management for living. As an important content of the construction enterprise management,there are a lot of problems in administrative management work. This paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures focuses on administrative problems in the construction enterprise management.
