摘要 针对海底管道屈曲稳定性问题,应用Patran二次开发技术,提出海底管道屈曲分析的参数化自动建模方法,其中核心问题为在Patran中直接建立楔形体单元组成止屈器几何形状以及管道表面skin单元的创建等,生成Abaqus可识别的数据文件。通过算例分析,将计算结果与全尺寸试验和DNV-OS-F101规范进行对比,验证了方法的可靠性。 To fulfill offshore pipeline buckling research demand,a series of parametric modeling methods are formulated through the second development of finite element software Patran. The key processes include creating wedge elements to form buckling arrestor geometry,and setting skin elements along the external surfaces; and finally data files that Abaqus can identify and execute calculation on will be exported. Reliability and accuracy of these parametric methods are confirmed in comparison with full-scale experiment and DNV-OS-F101 regulation results.
