摘要
从社会——经济——人文环境等3个方面入手,以当代大学生为研究对象,调查其对硒的生物功效和营养价值的了解程度,同时对富硒产品的市场价值与推广潜力进行探析,并提出可行性策略与建议.
Investigated the contemporary college students′ cognitive level of biological effect and nutritional value of selenium from three aspects of society,economy and cultural environment.Analyzed the market value and promotion potential of selenium-rich products at the same time.Moreover,some feasible strategies and constructive suggestions were raised.
