摘要
为有效修复大黄鱼资源及评估增殖放流效果,1998-2014年,分别在位于浙江沿岸的象山港、岱衢洋、洞头列岛三个水域采用金属线码标记、荧光色素可见式标记和挂牌标记等标志方法,进行大黄鱼标志放流试验。研究结果表明:标记方法的不同及海区的选取对标志鱼的回捕有差别性影响。在目前渔获交易的市场体制下,金属线码标记和荧光色素标记识别率较低,回捕效果不明显,放流宜采用较为直观的挂牌标志;三个水域的回捕率为象山港海域高于洞头海域,岱衢洋海域最低。放流后,标志鱼在三个放流水域均能够存活、生长和索饵洄游,并呈现不同的移动分布特点和回捕效果。文章还对影响回捕率的因素和试验过程中存在的问题进行了分析探讨,以期为今后的增殖放流提供参考依据。
In order to restore fishery resource and assess the effect of enhancement of Pseudsciaena crocea efficiently, a series of experiments of tagging release of P. crocea adopted three tagging methods of coded wire tag, visible implant elastomer tag and scutcheon tag respectively were conducted in three sea waters of Zhejiang namely the waters of Xiangshan harbour, Daiquyang, Dongtou islands ranging from year 1998 to2014. The recapture result showed that recaptured rate of the tagged fish was significantly affected by the different tagging methods and different waters. The effect of tagging method of coded wire tag and visible implant elastomer tag was not obvious according to the result of experiment. Afterward, the modified scutcheon tag was used by reason of current fishery market system. The result of recaptured rates in three waters showed that Xiangshan Harbour is higher than the Dongtou water and the Daiquyang water's is the lowest. The taggedfish presented different features of distribution by moving and could survive, grow, forage migration in the nearby and far distance waters from the releasing area. At last, other factors affecting the recaptured rate and the problems appearing in the experiments were discussed and analyzed. The suggestions regarding of release of future were given.
