加拿大一枝黄花水浸提液对东海原甲藻的化感作用研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了探讨加拿大一枝黄花不同部位浸提液对东海原甲藻生长抑制作用的差异,为利用加拿大一枝黄花的化感效应抑制赤潮藻生长提供最佳方案,分别研究了加拿大一枝黄花的根、茎、叶和花四种器官的水提液对东海原甲藻生长的影响。结果表明:加拿大一枝黄花四种器官的水浸液对东海原甲藻生长均有明显抑制作用,培养7 d后抑制率达90%左右;四种器官的水浸液对东海原甲藻的生长均呈现明显剂量效应关系,对东海原甲藻生长的抑制作用随水提液浓度增加而增强;在相同水浸液浓度下,加拿大一枝黄花根部水浸液对东海原甲藻生长的抑制作用最强。 In order to explore the growth inhibition difference of water extracts from different parts of Solidago canadensis on Prorocentrum donghaiense and to provide optimal red tide mitigation scheme based on allelopathy of S. canadensis, Growth inhibition effects of water extraxts of root, stem, leaves and flowers of S.canadensis on P. donghaiense were studied respectively. The results showed that water extract of each organ of S. canadensis had an obvious growth inhibition effects on P. donghaiense and inhibition rate had reached 90 percent on the seventh day incubation. Growth inhibition effects of water extracts of the four organs of S.canadensis on P. donghaiense were characteristic of significant dose effect relationship, growth inhibitory rate was enhanced with the increase of the additive concentration. Growth inhibition effect of water extract of the root of S. canadensis on P. donghaiense was the strongest at the same concentration.
