《黄帝内经》“少阳主骨”中医机理探析

Analysis of “Shaoyang Dominates the Bone”TCM Mechanism in the Inner Canon of Huangdi

探析"少阳主骨"中医机理。"少阳主骨"语出《黄帝内经》(以下简称《内经》),曾较为全面地提出了少阳与骨之密切联系,惜于一直未受重视。究其中医机理,"少阳主骨"源于足少阳之脉循行骨,基于肝胆肾之功能作用骨。足少阳胆经循行涉及全身绝大部分骨与关节,而致多部位骨与关节疼痛及病变与少阳相关;少阳胆腑中正之官,其气刚,通于骨质之刚而强韧骨;厥阴肝藏血主筋荣养骨,肝胆少阳春生之气升发促骨生长,行正常功能活动;肾精化肝血,乙癸同源生养骨。

This paper explored the traditional Chinese medicine mechanism of ＂Shaoyang in governing bones＂. The theory of ＂Shaoyang in governing bones＂came from Inner Canon of Huangdi,The connection between Shaoyang and bones has been thoroughly introduced in Inner Canon of Huangdi,but unfortunately,it hasn＇t aroused enough attention. The mechanism of ＂Shaoyang in governing bones ＂ involves the pathway of Gallbladder Meridian of Foot-Shaoyang and the functions of the Liver,Gallbladder,and Kidney,which are all related to the bones. The Gallbladder Meridian of FootShaoyang flows through most bones and joints of body and the pain and diseases of the bones and joints are related to Shaoyang. The property of Shaoyang-Gallbladder is firmness thus it is in charge of the strength of the bones and tendons.The Jueyin-Liver stores blood and nourishes bone and tendons. The Qi of Shaoyang boosts the bones＇ growth and maintains their functions. The essence of Kidney can be converted to Liver blood and also nourishes bones.
