多囊卵巢综合征中医证型与代谢综合征的相关性研究

Study on the Relationship between TCM Syndrome Patterns and Metabolic Syndrome of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的:通过多囊卵巢综合征患者中医证型、代谢指标的采集与分析,探讨不同中医证型与代谢综合征之间的相关性。方法:将200例PCOS患者通过中医辨证分为肾虚组、痰湿阻滞组、肝郁组、血瘀痰浊组,通过检测空腹血糖、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白及人体测量学指标进行比较。结果:BMI、FPG、SBP及HCG-L水平比较各组间差异无统计学意义,TG水平比较痰湿阻滞组高于其他各证型组,DBP水平比较痰湿阻滞证组和肝郁气滞组明显高于健康对照组、肾虚组和血瘀组。PCOS各中医证型中合并MS患者构成比比较差异有统计学意义。结论:多囊卵巢综合征患者不同中医证型与合并代谢综合征患病率存在一定的相关性,但需要大样本进行更深入的研究。

Objective： The correlation between TCM syndromes and metabolic syndrome in patients with PCOS was detected to investigate the relationship between TCM syndromes and metabolic syndrome in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome（ PCOS）. Methods： 200 patients with PCOS and 50 healthy volunteers were collected. Including 63 cases of PCOS patients with the metabolic syndrome,200 cases of patients with PCOS by TCM syndrome points for Kidney deficiency group,phlegm dampness block group,liver qi stagnation syndrome group,blood stasis and phlegm group.Comparison of metabolic indexes and MS incidence in different TCM syndromes with laboratory test as Fast Blood Glucose（ FPG）,Triglyceride（ TG）,High Density Lipoprotein（ HGL） and Anthropometric Indices（ height,weight,and blood pressure）. Results： There was no significant difference in BMI,FPG,HCG-L and SBP levels; Compared with the TG level,the phlegm dampness block group was higher than the other syndromes. Comparison of the level of DBP,phlegm stasis group and liver qi stagnation group were significantly higher than those in healthy control group,group of kidney deficiency and blood stasis group. Comparison of MS in PCOS patients with different TCM Syndromes, there was statistically significant difference. Conclusion： There is a certain correlation between different TCM syndromes and the prevalence of metabolic syndrome in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome,but a large sample of more in-depth study is also in need.
