基于数据挖掘的防治支气管哮喘膏方用药规律研究

Study on Drug Law of Paste in Prevention and Treatment of Bronchial Asthma Based on Data Mining

目的:整理临床防治哮喘膏方并探讨其用药规律。方法:将文献整理得到的35首膏方应用频数分析、聚类分析方法对其进行数据挖掘,对主要药物、药对规律进行总结,探讨其病机变化。结果:35首纳入膏方中,除外做膏所用辅料外,共涉及药物162种,高频药物22种。经聚类分析发现,扶正补虚、化痰祛瘀是防治哮喘膏方的组方原则,提示哮喘的病理机制为正虚邪实,正虚以气虚为主,邪实以痰瘀为主。结论:应用数据挖掘方法探索膏方组方用药规律有益于总结经验,进一步指导临床。

Objective： To sort out the paste of the prevention and treatment of bronchial asthma,and study its regularity. Methods： Collected 35 pastes for data mining using frequency count,cluster analysis and then discussed the syndromes and pathogenesis of asthma. Results： There were 162 herbs in the 35 pastes except accessories,and the high frequency drugs included 22 types. By cluster analysis,we found that strengthening the body resistance、reducing phlegm and removing blood stasis were the principles of formulating prescription of prevention and treatment of bronchial asthma.Conclusion： It was beneficial to sum up the experience for further clinical guidance by searching the drug law of pastes of prevention and treatment of bronchial asthma with data mining.
