湿润烧伤膏治疗剥脱性唇炎的疗效观察

Curative Efficacy Observation of MEBO in Treating Exfoliative Cheilitis

目的对比观察湿润烧伤膏治疗剥脱性唇炎的临床疗效。方法将郑州大学附属洛阳中心医院收治的85例剥脱性唇炎患者按照随机数表法分为治疗组(42例)和对照组(43例),治疗组患者外用湿润烧伤膏治疗,每日3次;对照组患者外用丁酸氢化可的松乳膏治疗,每日2次。对比观察两组患者治疗第1、2、3周的临床疗效及治疗结束第1、2、3个月的复发情况,并观察两组患者治疗期间的不良反应。结果治疗组治疗第1、2、3周的有效率分别为30.95%、59.52%、78.57%,对照组治疗第1、2、3周的有效率分别为53.49%、72.09%、81.40%,经卡方检验,治疗第1周对照组的疗效优于治疗组,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=4.42,P<0.05),第2、3周两组疗效差异均无统计学意义(χ~2=1.49、χ~2=0.11,P均>0.05)。治疗组在治疗结束第1、2、3个月的复发率分别为14.29%、19.05%、28.57%,对照组在治疗结束第1、2、3个月的复发率分别为23.26%、41.86%、53.49%,经卡方检验,治疗结束第1个月两组复发率的差异无统计学意义(χ~2=1.12,P>0.05),第2、3个月治疗组的复发率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=5.21、χ~2=5.45,P均<0.05)。两组中的部分患者在治疗初期均出现轻微不适,未予特殊处理,1~2 d后均自行消失。结论湿润烧伤膏治疗剥脱性唇炎的疗效显著,无明显不良反应,且能有效降低剥脱性唇炎的复发率。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of MEBO in treating exfoliative cheilitis.Methods Eightyfive patients with exfoliative cheilitis admitted into Luoyang Central Hospilal Affiliated to Zhengzhou University were randomly divided into two groups;a treatment group（42 cases） and a control group（43 cases）.In the treatment group,patients were treated with MEBO externally,three times per day,while in the control group patients were treated with hydrocortisone butyrate ointment externally,two times per day.The clinical efficacy on week 1,2 and 3 of the treatment and the relapse condition on month 1,2 and 3 after the treatment between the two groups were compared and the adverse reaelions of the two groups during the treatment were observed.Results In the treatment group,the effective rate on week 1,2 and 3 of the treatment was 30.95%,59.52%,78.57%respectively while that in the control group was 53.49%,72.09%,81.40%respectively,and according to the Chi-square test,the curative efficacy in the treatment group on week 1 was superior to that in the control group,with statistically significant difference（x^2 =4.42,P 〈0.05）,but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of curative efficacy on week 2 and 3（x^2 = 1- 49,x^2 = 0.1 1,P 〉0.05）.The relapse rate in the treatment group on month 1,2 and 3 after the treatment was 14.29%,19.05%,28.57%respectively while that in the control group was 23.26%、 41.86%、 53.49%respectively,and according to Chi-square test,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of relapse rate on month 1 after the treatment（x^2 =1.12,P〉0.05）,but there was statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of relapse rate on month 2and 3 after the treatment（x^2 = 5.21,x^2 =5.45,P 〈0.05）.Some patients in both groups at the beginning of the treatment developed mild discomfort which disappeared automatically one or two days later without special treatment.Conclusion MEBO can realize satisfying curative effects in the treatment of exfoliative cheilitis without causing obvious adverse reactions,and can effectively reduce the relapse rate of exfoliative cheilitis.
