The Application of LSM Technology to Linear Engineering Project Management

针对线状工程项目的特殊性,对线状工程项目施工管理的质量、工期、成本三大目标进行两两对比分析。结合LSM技术的空间属性,把LSM技术应用在线性工程项目的工期管理、质量管理、成本管理中。在工程管理领域引入了质量-工期-成本-空间的四维理念。

In view of the particularity of linear engineering projects,the comparative analysis of the construction management objectives between quality,schedule and cost is given in this paper. Based on the spatial properties of linear scheduling method,the LSM is applied to schedule,quality and cost control of linear engineering projects. Meanwhile,the four dimensional concept of Quality-Schedule-Cost-Space is introduced into the field of project management.
