团队合作能力是大学生必备的能力,培养在校大学生团队合作能力已成为高职院校重要的教学目标之一,我院团队合作课程组将体验式教学引入团队合作课程,通过给学生布置团队合作任务,使学生在完成团队任务过程中,通过亲身体验来达到提高团队合作能力的目的。
