宫颈环扎术治疗宫颈机能不全疗效分析

Efficacy of Cervical cerclage in treatment of cervical insufficiency

目的分析采用宫颈环扎术治疗宫颈机能不全的临床疗效。方法选择2012-07—2015-04收治的52例宫颈机能不全的妊娠患者为观察对象,根据是否应用宫颈环扎术分为研究组32例和对照组20例,比较2组患者的妊娠结局以及其他各项指标。结果研究组患者流产率为12.5%,显著低于对照组35%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组足月妊娠率、新生儿成活率则显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对宫颈机能不全的妊娠妇女实施宫颈环扎术,能有效延长孕周,减少流产意外,并提升胎儿的成活率。掌握手术时机是手术成功的关键。

Objective To analyze the use of cervical cerclage for the treatment of cervical incompetence. Methods Hospital from July 2012 to April 2015 treated 52 cases of cervical incompetence pregnant patients,depending on whether the application of cervical cerclage divided them into study group of 32 patients and control group of 20 patients,compared pregnancy outcomes and other indicators of the patient.Results The study group abortion rate was 12. 5%,significantly lower than 35% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; full- term pregnancy rate in the study group,the survival rate was significantly higher in newborns,contrast difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The pregnant women of cervical incompetence using cervical cerclage embodiment,can effectively extend the gestational time,reduce abortion accidents and improve the survival rate of the fetus,while to master the timing of surgery is key to successful operation.
