拔牙矫治对AngleⅡ～1错成年女性面部软组织正貌的影响

Impacts of orthodontic treatment with tooth extraction on the frontal view of facial soft tissue in adult females with class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion

目的：探讨AngleⅡ～1错成年女性拔牙矫治后面部软组织正貌的改变。方法：采用直接活体测量法,测量51例成年女性AngleⅡ～1错患者矫治前后面部软组织正貌美学指标的改变,其中拔牙组30例,非拔牙对照组21例,并对矫治前后的变化量进行统计学分析。结果：拔牙组矫治后N-Me、Sn-Me、Sn-UL、LL-Sm、Sto-M、Ch-Ch增大（P〈0.05）,UL-LL减小（P〈0.05）,Zy-Zy、Go-Go无明显变化（P〉0.05）。非拔牙组矫治后各指标均无明显变化（P〉0.05）。组间比较中Sn-UL、LLSm、UL-LL差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,其余各项无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：成年女性AngleⅡ～1错患者通过拔牙矫治,主要表现为口周软组织的变化,开唇露齿明显改善,上下唇形态更趋协调;对面高及面宽无明显影响。

Objective： To explore the changes of orthodontic therapy with tooth extraction on frontal view of facial soft tissue in adult females with Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion. Methods： Frontal view of facial soft tissue aesthetic charaeteristics of 30 with and 21 without tooth extraction adult females with Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion were measured with direct anthropometry before and after orthodontic treatment. Results： After the extraction treatment,the distance of N-Me,Sn-Me,Sn-UL,LL-Sm,Sto-Me,Ch-Ch increased（ P〈0. 05）,while UL-LL decreased（ P〈0. 05）. But Zy-Zy,Go-Go had no significant change（ P〉0. 05）. There was no significant change in each parameter in nonextraction group（ P〉0. 05）. Between the 2 groups Sn-UL,LL-Sm and UL-LL showed difference（ P〈0. 05）,but other parameters showed no difference（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： Orthodontic treatment with tooth for the females with Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion can improve the incompetent lips,and recover the coordination between the upper and lower lips. There is little change on facial height and width.
