柴油机漏电流式颗粒物传感器的应用研究

摘要 漏电流式颗粒物传感器,是一种用来实时测量颗粒物捕集器(DPF)下游颗粒(PM)质量浓度的车载装置。首先介绍了传感器的文丘里管结构和测量原理,并以Fluent软件为工具,对安装在排气管上的传感器进行了三维紊流模拟,模拟结果显示了传感器内部较好的流动性。最后通过台架试验对不同工况下,排气管上传感器的输出信号进行测试分析,试验的结果验证了利用该漏电流式颗粒物传感器进行颗粒物浓度测量的可行性。 The leakage current particulate matter( PM) sensor is an on-board device,which can detect the PM concentration at the bottom of the diesel particulate matter( DPF). Firstly,venturi structure and measuring principle of the PM sensor were introduced. And then 3D turbulent flow numerical simulation was performed on the sensor installed in the exhaust pipe through the software Fluent. The results of simulation show good flowability inside the sensor. At last,sensor output was measured under different working conditions by experiment. The results reveal the possibility of PM concentration detection by the sensor.
