摘要
近年来,随着现场检测工作的迫切需要,便携式、微型化已经成为气相色谱仪发展的一个重要方向。传统的色谱温控系统由于结构复杂、体积较大难以实现便携式。针对这一问题,文中设计了基于Micro2440控制板和Linux系统的嵌入式气相色谱温度控制系统,该控温系统的主要控制过程为主程序通过温度采集模块得到当前温度值,然后根据当前温度值经过PID算法计算出本次加热时间并执行加热。通过实验表明,文中设计的气相色谱温控系统控温精度能达到±0.5℃,并实现了程序升温功能。
In recent years,portable and miniaturized gas chromatographs become a hot issue for rapid in-situ detection. The traditional chromatographic temperature control system is not suitable for portable GC because of its complex structure and large size. In this work,an embedded system of GC temperature control was developed,which is based on the Micro2440 board and Linux. The main program gets the current temperature by the sampler module,which is used as a parameter to calculate the heating time through PID algorithm. The experimental results show that the temperature control system meets the required accuracy of ± 0.5℃,and can realize process heating function.
