基于两种无线传感方式的重型汽车TPMS设计

摘要 重型卡车或者客车,由于载重量高的需求,所以保障其行驶的安全性十分重要。而据统计,重型汽车所发生的交通事故大多是由轮胎气压问题导致的,因此对重型汽车采用胎压监测是十分必要的。然而如果采用单一的轮胎压力监测系统解决方案来实现,就会造成实时监测数据的更新缓慢,而且由于很难对并排的双轮胎进行可靠的定位,所以造成了重型汽车难以实现有效的胎压监测来保证车辆及人员的安全。为了解决这个问题,以六轮重型卡车为例介绍设计的一种基于两种无线传感器和LIN总线的轮胎压力监测系统,主要包括总体方案、硬件设计、软件设计、加密算法、性能分析。经试验和实际应用表明:该系统监测的数据可靠,更新及时,系统功耗较低,有很强的实用性。 Since the high demand of the load,so it is vital to protect driving safety of heavy truck or bus. According to statistics,traffic accidents occurred in heavy vehicle were mostly caused by the tire pressure problem,and therefore it is necessary for heavy vehicle to use tire pressure monitoring. However,if a single tire pressure monitoring system solution is achieved,it will result in the real-time monitoring data update slowly,and because side by side dual tires is difficult to achieve the reliable positioning,so it is difficult to achieve an effective tire pressure monitoring to ensure the safety of vehicles and personnel. To solve this problem,six-wheel truck was taken as a case to introduce a tire pressure monitoring system,which was based on two wireless sensors and LIN bus which includes overall program,hardware design,software design,encryption algorithms,performance analysis. After testing and practical applications,it shows that the system monitors the data reliably and updates timely,which has low power consumption and has strong practical.
