摘要
搭建了低温容器在绝热真空瞬间失效后传热研究实验台,分别选择在LN2温度下可凝结气体(Ar和O2)和混合气体(Air)导入两只容积规格和形状不同、但绝热材料层数相同的低温容器真空夹层进行绝热真空失效试验。结果表明,相同绝热材料层数、不同容积规格的低温容器绝热真空瞬间失效后的热流密度非常接近,这为实验结果的推广运用提供了必要的依据。
The heat transfer experiments of two cryogenic tanks after instantaneous loss of insulation vacuum were conduc- ted. The number of insulation material of these two cryogenic tanks was same, but the volume was different. The condensable gas ( Ar and 02 ) and mixed gas (Air) are introduced into the insulation jacket to simulate instantaneous loss of vacuum respectively. The experimental results show that the heat flux of these two different cryogenic tanks after insulation vacuum loss is close to each other. All these indicate that the experimental results can be applied widely.
