摘要
真空绝热板是目前绝热性能最好的保温材料,其导热系数可低达0.004W/(m·K)。平板结构限制了其应用及推广。介绍了一种圆筒形真空绝热板,对其设计方案进行了详细的阐述。设计了热力管道保温形式,并采用CFD软件对其在热力管道外的传热情况进行了模拟;与普通保温材料进行了对比,并分析了不同水流速对管道保温的影响。研究结果表明:圆筒形真空绝热板对管道的保温明显比普通保温材料效果更好;管道内水速的不同对管道的保温效果有一定程度的影响,水流速应根据管道具体情况而定。
The heat - insulating property of vacuum insulation panel is currently the best of the insulation materials and the thermal conductivity of it can be up to 0. 004W / ( m · K). The flat structure limits its application and promotion. The cylindrical vacuum insulation panel was introduced and its design was elaborated in this article. This paper designed forms of thermal pipe in- sulation, using CFD software to simulate heat transfer conditions of the heat pipe. The cylindrical vacuum insulation panel was compared with ordinary heat insulating material and the influence of different water rates on the piping insulation was analyzed. The results show that the heat preservation effect of the cylindrical vacuum insulation panel is better than that of the ordinary heat preservation material ; there is a certain degree of influence of different water velocity on the heat insulation effect of pipe, the flow rate will be determined according to the concrete pipe.
