社区高血压患者的治疗情况及效果调查分析

Investigation on the treatment and effect of hypertension patients in community

目的了解社区高血压病患者的治疗情况及控制效果,为有效治疗高血压提供依据。方法抽取泸州市2个社区部分420例35~69岁高血压患者作为研究对象,采用现况调查进行问卷调查和体检。结果在本组420例高血压患者中,坚持每天服药治疗率为69.05%,血压控制率为33.1%。参加社区高血压健康管理的患者在药物依从性、定期测量血压、控制情绪的比例均高于未参加者（P〈0.05）。严格坚持天天服药的患者血压控制率为40.3%,高于其他患者,差异有统计学意义（χ~2=26.12,P〈0.05）。采用药物治疗与非药物治疗相结合的血压控制率为42.8%,高于单纯采用每天药物治疗28.8%和非药物治疗19.2%,差异有统计学意义（χ~2=13.10,P〈0.01）。结论社区高血压病患者治疗情况不容乐观,血压的控制率低。应加强社区高血压病的健康管理,增强患者的自我管理能力,提高血压的控制率,减少高血压并发症的发生。

Objective To investigate the treatment and control effect of hypertension patients in community,and provide evidence for effective treatment of hypertension. Methods 420 patients with hypertensive of 35 to 69 year old were randomly selected from 2 communities in Luzhou,were carried out prevalence questionnaire survey and physical examination. Results In 420 hypertension patients,daily medicine treatment rate was 69. 05%,the blood pressure control rate was 33. 1%. The proportion of drug compliance,blood pressure monitoring and emotional control were higher in the hypertension patients who joined in the community health management than those not joined（ P 0. 05）. The blood pressure control rate（40. 3%） of the patients strictly adhere to daily medicine treatment was higher than others,and the difference was statistically significant（ χ~2= 26. 12,P 0. 05）. The rate of blood pressure control in patients who treated with drug and non drug treatment（ 42. 8%） was higher than that treated with drug（ 28. 8%） or non drug therapy（ 19. 2%）,and the difference was statistically significant（ χ~2= 13. 10,P 0. 01）. Conclusion Treatment of patients with hypertension in community is not optimistic,and the control rate of blood pressure is lower. We should strengthen hypertension management of community,enhance the self-management ability of patients,improve the blood pressure control rate,and reduce the incidence of hypertension complications.
