摘要 基于减震器的物理结构与热力学能量守恒定律,考虑减震器工作过程中对流换热、导热与辐射换热三种热传递方式,建立了减震器的热力学模型。讨论了油液密度、油液导热系数、油液比热容和缸体材料热辐射系数等热物性参数对减震器平衡温度的影响规律。将减震器的热力学模型与阻尼特性模型结合,分析环境温度高低对减震器阻尼特性的影响,发现减震器阻尼力的大小随环境温度的改变而改变。研究可以为减震器温度特性设计提供参考。 Basing on physical structure of shock absorber and conservation law of thermodynamics,and considering three heat transfer means-heat convection,heat conduction and radiation heat transfer during the working process of shock absorber,the thermodynamics model for shock absorber was built.Respectively,the effect law of the final equilibrium temperature of shock absorber caused by thermal physical parameters such as oil density,thermal conductivity of oil,specific heat capacity of oil and emissivity of chamber materiol,were discussed.Combining the thermodynamics model and damper model of shock absorber,the effectiveness on damper character caused by different ambient temperature was analyzed,and found out that the damping force of shock absorber changes while the ambient temperature changes.It could provide reference to the design of temperoture character of shock absorber.
