摘要
211Z铝合金是一种新型的高强度铸造铝合金材料,为了研究球头立铣刀铣削该铝合金材料时转速、每齿进给量、铣削宽度和铣削深度对表面粗糙度的影响规律,设计了四因素四水平的正交试验,并通过多元线性回归分析得到表面粗糙度的预测模型。研究结果表明:表面粗糙度随着转速的增大而减小,随着进给量和铣削宽度的增大而增大,铣削深度对表面粗糙度的影响没有呈现一定的趋势;铣削参数对表面粗糙度的显著性排序依次为转速、铣削宽度、每齿进给量、铣削深度。
211Z aluminum alloy is a new type of high strength casting aluminum alloy material.In order to study milling speed,feed-rate,width and depth of the influence law of surface roughness when the ball end mills the aluminum alloy material,four factors and four levels orthogonal testing is built.And by multiple linear regression analysis,the forecasting model of surface roughness is got.The results show that the surface roughness decreases with the increase of milling speed,the surface roughness increases when the milling feed-rate and width are increasing,the milling depth on the influence of surface roughness has not certain trends;the significances of milling parameters on surface roughness can be expressed as milling speed,width,feed-rateand depth.
