摘要
设计了一种材料为TC-11钛合金的大直径高转速新型双叶片旋转臂结构,其外形采用儒可夫斯基对称翼型,实现了零升力和低阻力.利用ANSYS Workbench对旋转臂进行静力学分析,满足强度要求。在静力学分析的基础上对旋转臂做了疲劳分析,估算了旋转臂的寿命,结果满足旋转臂设计寿命要求;通过分析敏感特性曲线得出疲劳寿命随应力而变化,应力越大,疲劳寿命越小;旋转臂的整体安全系数比较大,比较安全。研究成果表明了该新型旋转臂结构设计方案是可行的,为今后旋转臂的结构改进提供了必要的技术依据。
It designed a kind of material for TC-11 titanium alloy large diameter high speed double blade new rotating arm structure,and its shape choice the Confucianism can paderewski symmetric airfoils,achieving zero lift and low resistance.Using ANSYS Workbench software on the rotating arm statics analysis,meets the strength requirement.On the basis of statics analysis for rotating arm fatigue analysis,estimates the life span of the rotating arm,the results meet the requirements of rotary arm design life.By analysis of sensitive characteristic curve,fatigue life changes along with the stress changes,the greater the stress,the smaller the fatigue life.The rotating arm of overall safety coefficient is bigger,and more safety.Research results show that the new type of rotating arm structure design scheme is feasible,for the future the structure improvement of the rotating arm provides the necessary technical basis.
