摘要
针对电液伺服系统位置控制过程中的非线性、时变性等问题,设计了基于欧姆龙CP1H PLC的模糊PID位置控制系统。将电液伺服位置控制系统的液压缸目标位移180mm分为三段分别控制,进行了模糊PID位置控制试验,并与PID位置控制试验进行了对比。模糊PID位置控制系统约3.09s达到稳态位置179.98mm,稳态误差为(-0.02)mm;PID位置控制系统约3.47s达到稳态位置179.96mm,稳态误差为(-0.04)mm。试验结果表明:模糊PID有效地降低了系统稳态误差和缩短了系统响应时间,有效地提高了电液伺服系统位置控制性能。
In order to solve the problems of nonlinearity and time-variability in the position control progress of electrohydraulic servo system,the fuzzy PID position control system is designed based on OMRON CP1H PLC.The hydraulic cylinder displacement of electro-hydraulic servo position control system is set to 180mm,which is divided into three pans to control respectively.Then fuzzy PID position control experiment is carried out,and it is compared with PID position control experiment.Fuzzy PID position control system costs about 3.09s to reach to steady-state position 179.98mm,and steady-state error is (-0.02)mm.PID position control system costs about 3.47s to reach to steady-state position 179.96mm,and steady-state error is (-0.04)mm.The experimental results show that fuzzy PID control method could effectively reduce steady-state errors and system response time,so it effectively enhance electro-hydraulic servo system position control performance.
