摘要
为解决产品自顶向下设计过程中设计参数完全受控于顶层骨架模型的局限性和设计单元重用时导致参照关系混乱的现象,提出以多骨架模型对设计信息进行分类管理和分层控制的自顶向下设计方法。首先根据骨架模型包含的参数和在设计过程中实现的功能定义定位骨架、信息传递骨架和设计骨架的概念;然后介绍分层递阶的多骨架建模方法。以Pro/E为设计平台,结合自卸车产品设计实例,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
In top-down design process,design parameters are completely controlled by the top-level skeleton model,and the reuse of design unit leads to chaos reference relations.To solve the problem.s,a new approach of top-down design is put forward by using multi-skeleton model to classification management and hierarchical control design information.Firstly,puts forward the parameters and the functions of the skeleton model to define location skeleton model,and the information transmission skeleton model and design skeleton model.Then,a hierarchical multi-skeleton modeling approach is explored.A dump truck is designed to verify the feasibility and effectivity of the proposed method based on the Pro/E platform.
