摘要
针对X汽车生产公司发动机生产线生产效率低、与总装线生产速度不相匹配等问题,基于精益生产的思想,在全面采集生产线数据的基础上,应用ED软件对其建模和过程仿真,分析生产线现状,找出生产瓶颈,采用ECRS原则、流程分析等工业工程常用的优化技术以及单元生产原理中的追兔作业方式,对瓶颈问题进行分析并提出相应的改善设计方案,最后通过仿真验证方案可行性后并分析比较产能、线平衡率、在制品以及资源投入等关键指标,以便评价改善设计方案的优劣。
The production line data is collected comprehensively for a low production efftciency and an unmatched production speed in an automobile manufacturing enterprise.Through enterprise dynamics,the line is modeled and simulated to analyze the present situation and find production bottlenecks of production line on the thinking of lean production.Then analyzing these problems use industrial engineering commonly methods such as ECRS,process analysis and the chase rabbit operation of unit production principle,for which is put forward the improvement plan.Finally,the feasibility of the schemes is validated by simulating,and compared the capacity,line balance rate,WIP,resource investment and other key indicators for evaluating the schemes in it.
