摘要
为了研究我国主要产煤烟煤润湿特征,探究其所含无机矿物与煤尘润湿性之间的定量关系,选取具有代表性的2种煤质共8个煤样进行煤质灰分测定和液固界面动态接触角滴液系统测定实验,借助NICOLET-380傅立叶变换红外光谱仪和D/max2500PC型X-射线衍射仪,对样品煤尘表面主要含Si矿物代表基团特征和含量进行分析.结果表明:煤中无机物相组成特征是煤灰分增强烟煤润湿性的根本原因,即无机矿物中以石英为代表的原生矿物是提高煤尘亲水能力的最主要因素,其自身含量与润湿接触角呈线性关系,相关系数达0.855 68.
The experiments of coal ash determination and liquid solid interface dynamic contact angle drop system were conducted using eight coal simples. The wetting characteristics of bitu- minous coal in China and the quantitative relationship between the inorganic mineral and the wettability of coal dust were studied. The characteristics and content of representing the group with mainly Si mineral in coal dust surface were analyzed and determined, respectively, by experiment of NICOLET-380 infrared spectrometer and D/max2500PC X-ray diffraction . The results show that the fundamental cause of coal ash improving wettability lies in its inorganic mineral characteristics, namely the most main factor to improve the hydrophilic ability of coal dust is the primary minerals, which are represented by quartz obtained in the inorganic minerals. Linear relationship exists between quartz content and the wettability of coal, and the correlation coefficient reaches 0. 855 68.
