设计一种基于RS485总线形式的多路站控数据采集系统,应用于油田采油站数据采集、管理与显示中。数据采集模块挂接在RS485总线上构成RS485总线网络。PLC通过以太网方式与其进行数据通信,系统实现了对采油站多测控点的数据采集、管理、显示与报表打印等功能。

This paper designs a Multi-channel station control Data acquisition system based on RS485 bus form,applied to oil field data collection,management and display.The data acquisition modules are connected on the RS485 bus to form a RS485 network.PLC carries on the data communication with it through the Ethernet,the system implements the data acquisition,management,displaying and report-printing of the multi-channel oil field Control point.
