CBT系列码垛机器人设计与产业化推广

Design and Promotion of CBT Series of Industrial Palletizing Robot

摘要 我国人工码垛成本的暴涨加速了码垛机器人的应用需求。国外码垛机器人生产企业不断加大中国市场的推广力度,国内码垛机器人的自主研发也趋成熟,正逐步加大产业化推广。研发具有自主知识产权的CBT系列码垛机器人及其配套码垛输送线,实现了成品生产线后端自动化码垛与智能化管理。CBT系列码垛机器人采用4自由度垂直移动型关节式构型设计,运用平行四边形闭环并联机构,增加了臂杆的刚度和强度,并与腰座、小臂及腕部构成串联机构,形成整体串并联的混联放大机构。机器人控制系统中的示教盒采用ARM结构,内嵌μCLinux;运动控制器采用ARM+FPGA结构,具有强实时性,软件平台采用自主设计的RTOS;多通信接口的配置保障了机器人在恶劣环境下在线示教与稳定运行。 Industrialization promotion Research and development with CBT series palletizing robot stacking conveyor line and supporting independent intellectual property rights,Implements automated palletizing product line and back-end intelligent management.Robot control system teach pendant using ARM architecture,embedded u CLinux,motion controller using ARM+FPGA structure with strong real-time,software platform using self-designed RTOS.Multiple communication interfaces to protect the robot configuration in harsh environments online teaching and stable operation.
