摘要
渣罐运输车是钢铁厂专用特种运输机械。由于渣罐内钢渣温度高,操作不当导致渣罐倾翻的危险,危及车辆附近人员,为了避免此类事故的发生,设计了一种基于无线遥控控制方法的渣罐运输车遥控控制系统。系统基于JRCJ500T遥控发送器、JRCJ500R遥控接收器、EPEC2024控制器、MCQ4000显示器、MH-1油压传感器等硬件实现。软件部分研究了增量式PID控制算法在比例电磁阀控制系统中的应用方法。实践证明,系统能根据不同的操作,快速且准确地控制比例电磁阀阀芯的位置。
Slag pot carrier is the special carrier in iron-works.The temperature of slag is high.The slag pot may turn-turtle and that hurt people around.In order to avoid this accident happening,this paper proposes a design method of wireless electronic control system of slag pot carrier.The system was designed based on a JRCJ500 T wireless transmit,a JRCJ500 R wireless receiver,an EPEC2024 controller,a MCQ4000 display,a MH-1 pressure pickup and so on.The PID control method was researched in the throttle control system of proportional valves in the software.
