The Research Progression Of Sympathetic Skin Response in Clinical Application

摘要 交感神经皮肤反应(sympathetic skin response,SSR)是一种反映交感神经节后纤维功能状态的表皮电位,临床上应用于检测相关疾病所致的自主神经功能失常,可作为评价自主神经功能障碍的客观神经电生理指标。本文简述SSR的临床应用、中枢神经系统疾病及其他研究进展。 Sympathetic skin response is a result of a complex of polysynaptic reflex arc and represents a change of skin potential as a result of sudomotor activity. We could detect those diseases that lead to the autonomic neuropathy in the clinic,and SSR might be an objective and electrophysiological method for the assessment autonomic neuropathy.
