男性乳腺癌的临床治疗体会

The clinical treatment experience of breast cancer in male patients

目的探讨分析男性乳腺癌的临床特点、诊断治疗及预后情况。方法分析并总结收治的23例男性乳腺癌患者的病历资料和随访资料。结果随访时间为10个月~10年,3例患者生存不足10个月,14例生存超过5年,生存率为60.9%,6例生存超过10年,生存率为26.1%。结论男性乳腺癌发病率低,治疗效果及生存率较差,临床上采用改良乳腺癌根治术并辅助以放疗、化疗和内分泌治疗,有助于提高其生存期。

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of male patients with breast cancer.Methods Medical records and follow- up information of 23 male patients with histopathologically confirmed Male Breast Cancer（ MBC）between June 1995 and February 2005 were retrospectively reviewed. Results The follow up time was 10 months- 10 years,3 patients survived less than 10 months,14 cases survived more than 5 years,the 5- year overall survival rate was 60. 9%,6 cases survived more than 10 years,the 10- year overall survival rate was 26. 1%. Conclusion Incidence of male breast cancer is low,and treatment effect and survival rate are terrible,modified radical mastectomy is maily used for breast cancer,and radiotherapy,chemotherapy and endocrine therapy are used to assist the treatment,which could be helpful to improve the survival rate of the patients.
