牡丹江市2013-2014年流行性感冒监测结果分析 被引量:5

Monitoring results analysis of influenza in Mudanjiang city from 2013 to 2014

摘要 目的了解分析牡丹江市2013-2014年流行性感冒(简称流感)病毒流行状况,为流感防控提供科学依据。方法通过全国流感监测网络系统收集2013-2014年牡丹江市流感病例资料。对4~9月各医院送检的流感咽试子样品采用Real Time RT-PCR方法进行检测;10月~次年3月咽试子样品采用MD-CK细胞进行病毒分离,血凝集抑制试验(HIA)进行病毒型别鉴定。结果牡丹江市2013-2014年流感样病例年龄构成以20~59岁组最高,占28.45%;其次为5~14岁组及15~24岁组,分别占25.63%和20.88%;60~岁组最低,仅占5.94%。共检测流感样病例咽拭子标本1 524份,其中新甲型H1N1型61份,占83.56%;甲型H3N2亚型3份,占4.11%;乙型9份,占12.33%。流行病学和病原学监测结果基本一致,均在1月达到顶峰。结论牡丹江市2013-2014年新甲型H1N1流感病毒占主要优势,未来防控重点为新甲型H1N1以外亚型,重点防控人群为5~24岁组的儿童和青少年。 Objective To understand the regular epidemic pattern of influenza in Mudanjiang city from 2013 to 2014,in order to provide scientific basis for preventing influenza. Methods The information of influenza in Mudanjiang during 2013- 2014 were collected from the National Influenza Surveillance Network System,throat swab specimens of the surveillance hospital from April to September were collected and detected by real- time quantitative RT- PCR. The Influenza viruses were isolated by MD- CK cell from the throat swab specimens which were collected from the October to March of the next year,and the subtypes of the viruses were identified by Hem agglutination inhibition assay. Results During 2013- 2014,the age between 20 ~ 59 age group( 28. 45%) made up the highest proportion in the age structure of influenza specimens,followed by 5 ~ 14 age group( 25. 63%) and 15 ~ 24 age group( 20. 88%),age above 60 was the lowest,only constitute 5. 94%. 1524 throat swab were detected during the epidemic season,61( 83. 56%) were A( H1N1),3( 4. 11%) were influenza A( H3N2),9( 12. 33%)were influenza B virus. The epidemiology was in line with the etiology detection and both peak in January. Conclusion During2013- 2014,influenza A( H1N1) virus was the predominant strain. The prevention point in the future is the subtypes of Influenza A( H1N1),and the children and teenagers of 5 ~ 24 years old are the most important targets to be protected.
