连续性血液净化治疗严重脓毒症患者临床疗效分析

Clinical efficacy of continuous blood purification in treatment of patients with severe sepsis

目的分析在对严重脓毒症患者实施治疗过程中连续性血液净化的临床疗效。方法随机选取解放军总医院门诊部急诊科在2012年10月1日．2014年9月30日期间收治的接受严重脓毒症治疗的患者86例为试验研究的对象，根据患者治疗方法的不同分为观察组（n=43）和对照组（n=43），观察组患者给予连续性血液净化治疗，对照组患者给予常规治疗，对比分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者治疗后动脉血氧分压、白细胞计数、血糖、血尿素氮以及白细胞介素-8、肿瘤坏死因子-α和血清白细胞介素-6浓度均明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），观察组患者平均ICU天数、气管插管率、再插管率、病死率均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论在对严重脓毒症患者实施治疗的过程中，连续性血液净化治疗的运用可以提高临床治疗的效果和有效性，改善了患者治疗后的各项指标，具有较好的治疗效果，值得临床推广。

Objective Analysis of clinical efficacy of continuous blood purification in the treatment of patients with severe sepsis.Method Randomly selected 86 cases of patients with severe sepsis treated in our hospital during October lth 2012-September 30th 2014, patients with severe sepsis were treated by the observation group （n=43） and control group （n=43）. The control group was given conventional treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results In the observation group, the arterial partial pressure of oxygen, white blood cell count, blood glucose, blood urea nitrogen, interleukin-8, TNF-α and interleukin-6 concentrations were significantly better＇than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）.Conclusions In the treatment of severe sepsis patients, the use of continuous blood purification treatment can improve the effectiveness of clinical treatment and effectiveness, improve the treatment of patients with various indicators, with good therapeutic effect, worthy of clinical promotion.
