1例应用声门下吸引气管切开管路预防球麻痹患者吸入性肺炎的反复发作病例报道

摘要一位反复发作的吸入性肺炎的患者，给予患者气管切开后仍有吸入发生。后开始应用具有声门下吸引功能的气管切开套管，按需吸引气道内分泌物，间歇进行囊上滞留物清除，结合其他预防吸入性肺炎的有效措施，患者的吸入性肺炎逐渐吸收，截止发稿前1年内未再发新生吸入性肺炎。
