四氟乙烯燃气裂解炉的系列优化改造

摘要 针对四氟乙烯燃气裂解炉检修频率高、事故频繁、燃料消耗高等问题,从燃烧器、保温层、零部件结构和控制方式等方面进行了分析,并以此对燃气裂解炉进行优化改造。改造后实际运行结果表明,裂解炉的使用寿命延长,检修频率降低、费用降低,能源、原材料消耗同比明显减少,且多项控制参数得到了优化,在很小投资的情况下达到了大的收益,效果明显。 Aiming at the problems such as high maintenance frequency of tetrafluoroethylene gas cracking furnace, frequent accident,high fuel consumption and so on, analyzed from the burner, the thermal insulation layer, the structure of parts and the control mode,and then made optimization and modification of gas cracking furnace. After transforming, the actual running results showed that the service life of cracking furnace was extended, the maintenance frequency and cost was reduced, the consuming of energy and raw materials were reduced compared to the same, and the control parameters had been optimized, in the case of small investment issued by big gains, effect was obvious.
