摘要
通过对润滑油清净剂的生产过程离心分离后的中间产物及最终产品机械杂质含量与浊度的对应关系检测、数据分析,提出一种快捷有效的中控分析方法,以满足终产品的质量指标,即离心时间在35 min后(保证产品碱值合格),若检测离心工段样品处理中间产物的浊度和机械杂质合格,最终产品的浊度与机械杂质都可以达到产品指标(即产品浊度≤150 NTU、机械杂质的质量分数≤0.08%)。
Through data analysis and detection of corresponding relation between turbidity and mechanical impurity content in intermediate products and final products after centrifugal separation in lubricating oil detergent production process, proposed a fast and effective central control analysis method in order to meet the quality index of the final product. The centrifugal time after 35 min(base number of product was guaranteed qualified), as long as the detection of intermediate product turbidity and mechanical impurities content in centrifugal section sample processing was qualified, the turbidity and mechanical impurity of final product can reach the index products(i.e., product turbidity was less than 150 NTU, mass fraction of mechanical impurity was less than 0.08%).
